International shipping
This is a little different. If you are overseas and interested in a piece, please reach out and we will make sure it gets to you as affordably and easily as we possibly can.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Since every piece is handcrafted, returns are difficult. That is the nice way of saying: we do not accept returns at this time. If your piece is the wrong size, please reach out and we will happily exchange it for you (but shipping will be charged to you unfortunately.)
Did you lose your key? We can sell you a replacement (pricing will vary based on key numbering.)
